Grilled Goat Kabobs

Goat meat cut into 1-inch cubes
Cherry tomatoes
Chunks of onion
Pineapple chunks
Pepper Chunks (green and red peppers, banana pepper)
Peanut dipping sauce: 1 Tablespoon peanut butter and 1 cup coconut milk

Marinate cubes in garlic dressing over night. Skewer vegetables and meat cubes and grill until tender. Serve with peanut dipping sauce.
